Playing the Runline in Baseball.

Members: Very interested in getting feedback, advice etc. from members that have experience betting the runline in MLB.

Also, is there a general rule of thumb to determine what the runline should be based on the moneyline.

For example: on the moneyline let's say:
Yankees -160
Orioles +150
What would be the typical corresponding runline on the above game ?
