4th Period wagering

In the Nba does the 4th period include Overtime. For instance if you bet under 48 for the 4th period and it its 40 then they score 15 in Overtime. Is the 4th Period total 40 or 55.

This is a rule I got from a Sportsbook:

Wagering on the game period spread, moneyline, or total (over/under) include any overtime scoring.

Where it mentions game period spread including Overtime, does that include 4th period adding on Overtime.

Their view is the 4th period is a stand alone, but a 2nd half play includes OT.

WWTS includes OT with the 4th Q in the NFL.

Now I'm really puzzled, I received an e-mail from Olympic saying "In the NBA overtime is included in the 4th period."

Let me say that there wasnt big Money involved in a wager here either way, I'm just trying to find out where I stand for future reference. So this isnt a problem with any book I'm just trying to make sure I have a clear understanding of the rule.

The way the rules read to me the 4th Period would include overtime, and I'm hearing two different things.

If any books that carry 4th period lines would clarify there ruling that would be great.
