I used them for the First part of Baseball Season last year basically to play some scalps. I asked for one payout and that was received in the usual amount of time. I know of a person who won too much there and was kicked out, but he did get his money. Overall they are decent book and I would use them again.

I give GrandCentral high marks overall, having played there for one year. I've received several payouts like clockwork, and everyone has been very professional and courteous. Their lines are on IX and are kept up-to-date and accurate. They recently made improvements to their website, including an online payout request form.

Their linesmaker, Peter, and customer service rep, Alex, have been great and participated in this forum.

They are not afraid to take a big bet.

Does anyone know if this special bonus is only good for new accounts, or if it also applies to reloads?

GC was the first off shore book I had, in mid 1999, and I've never had any problems getting paid. The only complaints I had were relatively minor: some clerks were hard to understand, sometimes it was hard to get thru, and they had-don't know if this is still the case-a 3 month waiting period for withdrawing your money without losing your bonus. Other places have a 30 day freeze or none at all, plus higher bonuses, which is why I took my business elsewhere.

5x of your initial deposit should be put into action before you could be eligible for your bonus. Depending on how much a player you are, but I won't be surprised if it will take you 3 months.

A great book. I switched books because they didn't have qual MU's on nascar. But they seem to have alot more MU's this year and will be back with them this week. I have never had a problem understanding the reps. Great cust service as well. I use other books to jump in and out of. I have found a home at GC.

If anyone knows, what are GC's limits both online and over the phone? Particularly their baseball limits.

I can't find it posted, but I think GCS allows 5000 on most straight sides and 3000 on totals by phone. Internet wagers have a smaller limit, 1000 or so.

There was one more thing I forgot to mention, which is not a complaint so much as an observation: they have VERY sharp lines at GC. When there were 1 or 2 other books with 1 line and GC was off a half point or so, their side got there a lot more often than not, thus making it hard to win money there.
