Dunes payouts?

Just wondering if there's a new e-mail address or contact or something for payouts at Dunes?

I've been e-mailing the last few days, the same as I have when successfully receiving payouts in the past, (before the money "troubles") but have received no responses this time.

I have tried Samantha at Info@dunessports.com and one other I found on the web site which escapes my memory at the moment. Admittedly, I haven't tried to call, but it's actually easier for me to deal in e-mail.

We're talking real small time money here too, about $150. it's just that I presently have a need for that small sum at the moment. Penny candy compared to most you of you guys I know.

Anyway, Is everyone still getting paid? Everything back to normal?

The withdrawal request I made a week ago isn't for much and shouldn't be such a big deal, so I'm hoping that perhaps the person who authorizes the check payments is off for the weekend and that I'll finally get a response Monday 2/26.

Nothing yet though, Stay tuned.

Just got the word from Jeff last night that the check is coming overnight Fed Ex. I should get it later today.

I'll post again when the check is received.

As stated earlier, the person who authorized the payment had gone out of town for a few days, thus causing the delay. I can live with a SHORT delay here and there, provided that the payment is ALWAYS forthcoming, and that the book COMMUNICATES it's intentions. I'd also like to state that while I was a bit worried by the delay, I do respect the fact that Dunes is trying hard to make right and to rebuild. I wish them luck.

FWIW, I'm still wagering with them.

I requested a payout 2/6/00. I talked to them on the phone and sent E-Mails. They kept saying it will come shortly. I finnally talked to Samantha this Monday and she said I would receive it in a couple of days. I also received a E-Mail this morning saying it was sent yesterday via Fed-X. I did receive it a short while ago. It was two Postal money orders for the full amount.

Dunes is still in business? Why does their old website dunessports.com jump you to bettheball.com? I'm really glad you got paid, but it sure looks to me like they're getting ready to close down.

J- Here's some info from another Dunes thread-


If you go to networksolutions.com, you will see that domain name dunessports is owned by an individual who previously was the technical support person for Dunes. Because he would not work with the new owners, or Samantha, and is closely allied with Jason and JR, new investors and Samantha are using betdunes.com and betdunessports.com. New owners have assumed debts of post-up customers and operational expenses etc. Dunessports.com is just trying to trade on the name, and I am sure the industry will take care of these con men.

Original owners of Dunessports essentially bankrupted the company through ignorance, stealth, sloppy gambling, and too much credit. It is my considered opinion that they are now behind the current "dunessports" and "bettheball" sites. Those domain names are registered to THEIR computer guru.
Samantha and new investors purchased old dunes and their sites are "betdunes" and "betdunessports". They are paying all post up customers and book transfers, etc. from the original company.

Original owners were not to compete or have anything to do with new dunes company. These guys are simply trying a new con, to try to get business and customers that belong to what is now betdunes and betdunessports.

If you want your money and want to deal with an honest shop, deal with betdunes.

The guys at this site are very good at mediating issues such as this and may be able to help you as they've done for so many others in the past.

(just remember, "BetDunesSports" is the legit spin-off of the original, there's alot of serious questions concerning "the other Dunes Sports")
