Action Points

Other than Olymplic, is there anywhere that will allow action points without a requiring a cap at 20 points? Any feedback appreciated.

speaking of which, which sports have this, NFL being a very low scoring game, NBA I would guess, any others?

100 points pretty small scale compared to say, a spread bet on test match series runs - anyone ever seen a spread be out 100 points on a US event anyway?
