  • The REAL Baseball Question for the Forum

The real baseball question for this forum is this: which books that had a 20 cent baseball line last year will switch back to a dime line?

    Inquiring minds want to know.

    Hopefully all of them

Last year was a great years for the books in baseball. To bad the 20 cent shops didn't have the volume like the 10 cent shops.

I think what you'll see is lots of 20-cent books from last year books waiting till the last minute to decide. Most books, like most people, are followers. Consequently, they'll want to see what everyone else is going to do before they decide

I guess here we go again unloading our accounts and sending it to a 10 cent store.

Your damn right I'd unload any account from any book that didn't offer a dime-line in baseball. In fact, I already did it. I'd go back to Olympic if they'd reinstate thier 10-cent line. But since they haven't I won't re-up with them.

During the season there are games just about every day. If you bet them daily (like I do) that 20-cent line could really do serious damage to your bankroll. Usually I find more value in the dogs. Therefore, I'd like to get the biggest return on my underdog bets. And, a 10-cent line does this for me. Note: If any book ever offers a 5-cent line I'd seriously consider signing-up with them.

Since I never bet any game that has a favoite money line of 170 or more, I don't care if the 10-cent line jumps to 20-cents after that. But, I feel in order for me to have a chance to win I must have (at a minimum) the 10-cent line for favorites of less than 170.
