There are always a few books that set the course of the line moves, including CRIS, JAZZ, and Sports-Market (pro basketball). This doesn't mean that RIO is a clone, but rather that the players are looking at the same screen and the same moves.

I may not be qualified as I only use the IX feed, but Rio clones nobody. They move further and and (faster?) than most. I doubt anyone can question their buyback value. Of course I am tainted as they are my favorite out.

Rio definately doesn't clone but they do copy. They are very opinionated. For example, if CRIS has a line at -3, RIO might have the game at -4 -105. But if CRIS moves to 3.5, RIO will move to 4 -110. If CRIS moves back to 3, Rio will move back to 4 -105 within a few seconds. I don't see anything wrong with this. RIO always gives you good DIFFERENT numbers that no one else has. If they are going to opinionate a game, it seems like they want to stay ahead of the rest.
