You can create an artificial one on your own if you want by finding a book that has a 2.5 line and then betting the Giants +3 somewhere else. If you get both at -110 then you are getting the same as the Ravens to win by exactly 3 at +1000.
Also, I think carib has a prop for anyone to win the game by exactly 3 if that helps.
