I noticed that the site isn't open to Canadians. Why?

SPORTSBETTING.COM uses software licensed from Starnet. Starnet's licensing agreement states that bets cannot be accepted from Canadians.

Bizzarre.

It's irrelevant though as I wouldn't play with a starnet book personally.
