  • Jazz & Pelicna Merge

We would like to communicate to all our clients the official merger between Pelican Sports and Jazz Casino & Sportsbook. All accounts will be handled by Jazz Sports, a subdivision of Jazz Casino & Sportsbook.

Our toll free numbers will remain the same both for the Customer Service Department and the Wagering Department, and we will remain open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Our new bonus plan will allow our clients to receive up to 25% in bonuses at sign up and any time they deposit new money into their accounts. 10% cash bonus deposited directly into the account, 10% in a future bet and up to 5% cash to cover fees.

For additional information, please visit our site at www.jazzsports.com or call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-632-8890.

How exactly does this new bonus plan work? What are the specific requirements/conditions/restrictions?

Say you open an account for $300 (which is the minimum). You get a 10% cash bonus equivalent to $30 deposited into your account plus $15 cash to cover for your fees (5%). You also receive a $30 future play on what ever futures are availabe.

You cannot retrieve your bonus money until you have played through your actual deposit once, but if for any reason you have to make a withdrawal before the deposit has been played through we will readjust your bonuses so they actually reflect the amount you played.

If you have any more questions give us a call at 1-888-632-8890.

        Customer Service Director

Does this mean that you are offering a 15% cash bonus plus a 10% match play, but the customer is paying for any wire/transfer fees?

            Is this news?
I thought they were always one and the same.
