These f#$@s will **** you off when you email their customer service because the the variety of errors that come up when you try to place a wager. It's bad enough that they don't post their lines til 1:00, but lately they haven't been up by then. When I've complained to them, they send some smart-@$$ B.S. form response about how they are making improvements, blah,blah,blah.
I've got a decent amount tied up over there and have been reluctant to take it out and put it all somewhere else, but this site just keeps getting worse.

Customer service never has been their strong suit. Their lines used to have great value last year, but not any more. There are plenty of other good places to play.

OK I may be in the minority but I am going to defend the Big Book. I have played there for 2 years and though I agree the software is bad, I love the place. Payouts have been very prompt and their current bonus program is among the best anywhere. Their recent outage was caused by a problem with an upgrade they were making and they were very courteous to me when I called about it.
I wish their lines were posted earlier also but they are still the only place I have found which allows 5 point buys in baskets and to me that is a big plus. I have always found good value in their lines and think they are a great out, and I have been using them more and more. Hell they now give you 10% bonuses for reups on Thursdays AND $45 in free bets a month for small action. Can't beat that! Regards

Bruce-I like the prompt payouts,points and the hoops lines, but the NHL lines are a complete joke and the software glitches occur almost daily. Also they send me such smart@$$ responses when I bring these shortcomings to their attention (as if they didn't know).. I think that might be why I keep playing their-I want to take as much as their money as possible out of spite.Might be time to shift most of the bankroll to 5dimes or Olympic.
