UDOG, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had a good experience with one of my favorite books. It seems that they've changed their bonus policies, and perhaps made them difficult to explain.

But they still are a class act.

I left my IX on all night and all day from yesterday and Jazz & Pelican were still on my screen. I opened IX in another window and they weren't there. They were replaced by Palmas and Cascade. The funny thing is that all of Jazz/Pelican' numbers were up today, in the previous window, and they were updating all day long and still are.

I agree with Sportshobby.......Jazz is one of my favorites........great shop.......

sportshobby - It wasn't the bonus that I was really concerned about. I am pertaining to their customer service itself and even their website "was" always down (not so sure lately though). If you are going to create a name for yourself make it sure that what you are saying to the public is true. Plain and simple.

With you and Reno and even Jeff having some high regards with this shop, there is no doubt in my mind they are a great one. We all have our own opinions and I do highly respect that. But there are some ADJUSTMENTS that still they have to make before they could really compete with the BIG BOYS.

Has anyone else had difficulty connecting to Jazz? I haven't been able to connect all day - either I get an error message saying the server is not running or the software freezes.
