Steve, Haden and Jay looked great and came
off extremely likeable any sypathetic. Just
watch this Nazi ashcroft he may be capable
of invading antigua to satify his goal of making a "morally right America"

Couldn't agree more; just wish they had mentioned Indian reservation gambling and horse track betting and other exemptions Sen. Kyl endorsed.

I was glad to see Kyl got very little time. However, I think he needed to be pushed on the question about enforcement and the hypocrisy of state-run gambling.

Those of us who enjoy wagering online could not have better spokesmen than Jay and his partners.

Seeing Janet Reno blather on made me wonder how the new AG and the Bush administration will treat this issue.

As an aside, Morley said WSEX is the biggest gambling operation on the Internet. How is that measured? On the number of accounts? Amount wagered?

Kyl is just a hypocrite. 50 ways to wager in Arizona and Jay is a criminal.

As I predicted, the states have seen that this is a big revenue generator and have backed off their support of the Kyl bill.

Of course they will then villify Jay and other legitimate businessmen as crooked offshore bookies (read non-taxable in the US).

How Kyl can stand there and talk about gambling when the odds in the state of Arizona are pittiful.

60 Minutes did us all a favour so that we could finally see who actually JCohen is.
A great deal has been spoke on this BBS about
Jay and his fight with the US Government.

Here are a couple of my comments:

Very little was revealed about how rigged the
the court case against JCohen was. More should have been uncovered for the viewing audience.

There was very little exposure to all the other online gambling sites that exist today and how the US government was going to enforce the Wire Act of 1961.

Some mention of how money is transfered overseas should have mentioned... I don't think there was no mention, probably because CBS didn't want to open up the Pandora Box in aiding in the corruption of Yank public.

It seemed that CBS was fairly neutral, but I would have like to have more exposure of US
Justices, Law enforcers and Politicians on this topic just to see how hypocritical they really can be on the boob tube!
