If I have 20-25K in my acct and I want to cash out 15K what is the best safest way?

"safe" can mean different things to different people. One way of cashing out is to use a payout of three checks (providing the sportsbook will go along....some will and some won't).
They can all be sent overnight delivery at the same time to keep down the delivery costs. Try to keep each check under $10,000 so there isn't an automatic form that will be filed by your bank. Also try to stagger your deposit of the checks into your bank so they don't show up on the same day.
If you have no concern whatsoever about any regulatory authority and are just concerned about the "safety" into your bank account...bank wires are probably the safest against any kind of burglary. Hope this helps some. If it were me....I'd use the checks method. -
