Yeah, you guys welcome big players but please be more honest when someone ask for incentives on new players. I called this morning and plannning to post up, I asked on what are your incentives if I opted internet wagering. I was told "10%" initital bonus but that wasn't I read from what you guys are offering. It clearly says 15% initial plus 10% furture bet. It might not be much of a difference but just be CONSISTENT. I'm sorry to say but you just lose one customer. If you couldn't get it right in the beginning, how could I be sure that it will be right in the future.

Jazz/Pelican is one of my very favorite books. Those guys take big bets, don't stall players, and don't mind winners. All the guys whom I've dealt with there have been first class.

Just clarify, we have restructured our bonus plans to better accomodate both our big players and the small ones. This is how it works:

$250 - $1000 Initial & Deposits … $100 Re-Ups
15% Cash Bonus on new money
10% future play on new money

Jazz Telephone Plan---25%

$1000 minimum deposit
10% Cash Bonus on new money
10% future bet on new money
Fees up to 5% of new money deposits
$5000 max play on sides in major sports
$3000 max play on totals in major sports

What does this mean:

$250 - $1000 Initial & Deposits … $100 Re-Ups

Does it mean that the most you can get in bonus money is $1000, or the highest amount to qualify for a bonus is $1000?

Was that 5% bonus for a $10,000 deposit a misprint? Should that be 15%? I sure hope so.

Are you only interested in large players? I sent an email to you a couple of weeks ago and no reply. Does this mean you are not interested in small players? I was wanting to post up with one or two dimes. Also, I tried to click on the link in the post above and it did not work.

Sorry for the confusion. Jazz and Pelican are becoming one company under Jazz Casino & Sportsbook. Therefore, we are trying to accomodate players from both companies and internet players as well. That is why we have 3 different bonus plans. Pelican normally catered to players who are mostly interested in playing big and want a solid number. All other players can benefit from our bonuses up to 25% on new money.

Curious: Any new player who opens an account with an initial deposit of $250 to $1000 can re-up with as little as $100 and benefit from a 15% cash bonus on new money plus a 10% future play. Players who open up with more than $1000 and are happy with $5000 on sides can recieve bonuses up to 25%. Other players that want to play $10,000 on a side will get a 5% bonus on new money deposits.

Does this mean they don't get a bonus on the initial deposit, just on the re-up?

How do you come up with 25%, and is there a limit to the amount of the initial deposit that is eligible for a bonus? How do you determine that someone will be happy with $5,000 on sides when you are giving your bonus? What if someone sends $20,000, but only plays $1,000 per game?

So if you're a bigger player Jazz gives out a smaller bonus? That seems a bit backward to me.

Three days later and still no reply from Pelican/Jazz. Maybe these bonuses are too confusing for even them to figure out!

Let me put it this way. These guys came from 17.5% bonus, changed it to "untill now" I don't know that the heck was it and aside from their website being down all the time as I mentioned, I tried calling them last week and was given different info from what I understood.

I know Sportshobby, Reno and some other regulars are highly recommending this shop but you can't blame us (new clients) for not even "giving them a try".

They are a good book--especially for big players--run by good guys. However, they haven't done as good a job as they could in terms of taking care of some of the necessary details for running a seamless post-up business.

Another 4 days have passed and STILL no response from Jazz/Pelican. Guess I'll have to find another book...one that is more responsive, knows what they are doing, and can explain things clearly.
