Sportsinteraction.com Was an Aweful Experience!

Hi all,

I wanted you all to know that some online sports betting service can be very bad.

At Sportsinteraction.com (with an "S" at the end of "Sports"), for example, they don't have tape recorder to record your bet by phone, and so they just don't care if you told them you did bet and won as long as their people messed up and did not admit their mistake.

Also, at Sportsinteraction.com when the result of the game happens to "fall on the line" as they said, "and it doesn't matter plus or minus, it would be a push." That was why when I bet on Tampa Bay Buccaneers at +3 points agaisnt St Louis Rams last Saturday, and the Bucs happened to win by 3 points, it was supposed to be a PUSH!!!

The amazing thing is, that was explained to me by one of their accounting people and also by one of the "supervisors"!

So, folks, please watch out for them!!!

SIA is almost exclusively an Internet shop, but the few times I've had to bet on the phone, I had no problems. Hope you get yours solved. If you chose to stay with them, try and use the Net as much as possible.

I have never used their phone service, but their online service has been mistake free

Yep. That's what I thought too!
I know they are online service, but they do take bets of $25 or more over the phone.

I have bet many timed by phones before since I might be on the road at the moments... There were no problems until I made that winning bet!

The guy who took the bet was Harry. The guy who denied any record were made by Harry was Donald. And the accounting woman, and the "supervisor", etc... all gave me the shitty explanation that... even if the bet were recorded, it would have been a push since the Bucs won by only 3 point and my bet was Bucs +3! Heheheh!!! Isn't that the funniest thing you ever heard?

Anyway, they cheated me with my winning bet. And that is the fact. If you don't believe me call them and ask for Harry.

In fact, i'm pretty sure that you are the one who is the joke. I mean, if you are going to slam a book, at least make up something believeable.

Thanks Dennis of Sports Interaction for addressing my complaint.

I haven't used my webtv account for months so if you sent me an email at the old addy, I wouldn't know it. My address at hotmail.com is good for now.
However, I logged on into my account at SIA and noticed there has been a credit for the mentioned bet.

Earlier, I may have been overly disgusted and may have said extreme things just to get your attention... For that, my sincere apologies.
However, I didn't make up any story... And you should be glad that I didn't just ignore it and kept it to myself and would give you a bad review privately among friends without you having a chance to correct the problem as it almost happened.

Everyone makes mistakes. But some mistakes are more serious than the others. And most importantly, the willingness to correct them and prevent them from happening again will surely assure you more successes.
