  • Need Help to Resolve a Dispute with an Online Betting Service

    Hi,
I have been using several different online betting services. And one of them is (WAS) Sportsinteraction.com

Recently I have a couple problems with them due to the errors made by their own people:

    1. When I made a withdraw on my account, they credited to my credit card account with may small installments (which was okay). But the problem was one of the amount was credited to my old and cancelled credit card. I have tried to inform them on this and asked for a correction. Six weeks later, nothing was changed. And when I asked about it again in recent days, they said it was out of their control that the processing company did not credit me correctly!

    2. Last Saturday, for not having access to a computer, I called in and bet on a football game. It was the Bucs and the Rams. The line was Bucs +3. I took the Bucs with +3 points. As a result, the Bucs won by 3 points. Later on, I checked my account online and noticed this bet was not even in... On the following Monday, I called them and asked about this winning bet... Their reply was there was no record of such bet although I specifically mentioned the name of the person who took the bet. And two of them, one in account department, the other was some sort of supervisor said that even if the bet were entered, it would have been void anyway since the Bucs won by 3 and it was supposed to be a PUSH! Oh my God! All these years, with my money, I have been dealing with the folks who don't even know when it is a win, loose, or draw!!!

Just thought I got it out of my system.

    Sincerely,

    thanh tran

It is SOP to credit a card even if it has been canceled or expired.

I guessed you were right, it was Monday night football...

SIA was good? Well, that was what I thought before I tried to get some of my winning money from them! They were fine until it is time for them to make good with your money.

Not to mention, they don't even understand +3 points is not the same thing as -3 points. I don't care what you all said, I'll stick with IIS and others... Sportsinteraction.com can kiss my ass goodbye for all the distress they caused me...

Whether it was SOP or whoever was handling their customer's credits, it was their responsibility to make sure that we, the customers, get the proper credit.
