What's wrong w/ Olympic?

I recently checked it out after all the ranting and raving over here and it is very impressive.Lots of cool features. Except one thing:I can't deposit money online. My VISA keeps getting a "declined by bank" statement yet it has a full balance and works everywhere else. I called my bank and they said that if they had declined it, it would come up on the computer, which it didn't. They said that something must be wrong with the computers over there or they would have some record of the attempted purchase being made. I'd like to ditch my old book and switch to Olympic but I'm getting frustrated. I called and they said call back tomorrow when a supervisor is in. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

The problem lies with your credit card company. I made a deposit tonight with no problems. I know many credit card companies won't deal with gambling. Try a different card.

Bank of America/NationsBank and several other banks are rejecting ALL casino/books VISA or check card transactions. Certainly all "firecash" transactions.

My advice is to which banks (as I did) because more and more books are using firecash VISA.

Neither the books nor VISA have anything to do with this - it is your bank rejecting the transaction.

ermdog: Anytime you run into problem at Olympic you can call us at our customer service toll free ( 1-888-327-8238). When you post a problem with us here at Bettorsworld one of the other posters usually solves the problem before we get a chance to respond. This is making me as lonely as the Maytag repairman.(SMILE). I would like to thank all of our customers for there support over the past year and wish everyone the best for the Season. Although we have been busier than usual to-day I can't explain your not being able to get through. It is possible to use most cards at the Western Union. I am here now and will be back in Sunday Morning if you need more instructions. Our accounts dept. # is 1-888-409-3729
