I have a suggestion for one of my very favorite online sportsbooks.
When submitting online payment requests, add a box for comments to be submitted along with the form. The current setup calls for a separate e-mail to be sent for any addition instructions that may be necessary. In the case of a transfer to another sportsbook, this requires the customer to give his account number at the other sportsbook.
I don't mind giving that info to Aces-Gold; but we all know that e-mail is completely unsecure. I usually assume that any info submitted via regular e-mail is public knowledge.
An addition to the secure form, submitted along with my payment request, would make me feel a lot better.
