Changes at Gibraltar Sports

Gibraltar Sports is undergoing some changes: 1) moving to Costa Rica
2) Open 24 hrs.
3) internet wagering in the future
4) bonuses all the time
There is reason for me to think they may have associated with or been taken over by Millenium Sports, however I was told over the phone that there has been no change in management.
I consider this a big surprise, all things considered. Does anyone else have any information or thoughts on these changes?

Those are certainly all positive changes. I quit playing there last year because I didn't like calling in to get all the lines. An internet presence with live lines, and/or posting their lines on a screen such as IX, would make me consider returning.

The guy who started Island Superbook and the folks that tookover as the name changed to Gibralter are all good friends of mine.
They paid and provided personal service, not just customer service.
What could possibly be positive about being under the NASA unmbrella?
