How about 'em BB. This just signed a center out of Grambling and a swingman out of Princeton. I think their names are Reed and Bradley?

Very well said Mark Del. To me it seems as if southern girls just try harder to be a good girl.
        RonBets,
I agree about the family thing you said. The breakdown of the family unit is what is wrong with the entire world or at least a big part of it.

Never thought this line could be topped for funniest line in the post until MarkDel's "strap-on and bend them over the sofa"......Oh, my views on women? I refuse to express them for fear of pissing off all the women on this board. Hey, wait a minute! What happened to all the women on this board? DOTMIX! You there?

ScottL, Dot Mix is mad at me for that "bet wrong root for the 7s post" I wrote to her. I apologized across the street and I'll apologize again here. She refuses to atleast acknowledge it.

mark - i think you missed my point. 2 problems - 1st stereotyping = another form of racism. it is simply labeling. in most cultures, there are all different type of women. as far as i see, people are people, regardless of gender or race. they deserved to be judged on who they are individually w/o labels or stereotypes.
2nd - the underlying tones by SOME of the posters of a fear of women, hiding potentially larger issues. i wasn't saying you were gay. not that gay sould carry the negative stereotype that you are so quick to associate with it(that was a shitty sentence but i don't have time to fix it). i was merely stating that, in my experience, people i have known to harbour hositility toward women in the way that has been expressed here have often been intimidated by them. this often goes back to a single or series of troubling childhood experiences. what they find is that they are simply more comfortable w/men and eventually discover that that also is true in their intimate lives.
i, too, have a very smart wife that is an atty. she was born in pittsburgh but moved to fla at a very young age and grew up there. she went to school at ala and could be considered a southern girl(though i would never call her that). she could also be considered agressive simply b/c she is smart and has a higher education. or b/c she may yell at a ref for a bad call faster than you. i found her to be a wonderful woman, wife and mother.
all i know is i have dated women from all over this country and a few from other countries. i have found women that would fall into your southern stereotype that were born and raised in new england. i can find a contradiction to about any stereotype you want to attach to a woman.
as far as women from east asia, i have several good friends married to women from that area and each one is different. they are all smart and pretty but each is unique. but none fits the stereotype that reno desires. those girls are likely oppressed and not pleasuring reno out of their own desire. that, in and of itself, would cheapen the experience for me.

Parlay, you and I are on opposite sides of the fence. I'm prejudiced and believe in the validity of stereotypes and the existence of natural (genetic) hierarchies. I have a B.A. in sociology, so I have heard all of the left-wing, politically correct crap relative to race and gender. The fact that Jimmy the Greek got canned for simply telling the truth is a reflection on how plastic and superficial our society really is. But if you want to live in a Mary Poppins-type dream world of idealistic equality, then be my guest and dream on.

                  reno,

First of all freedom of speech wasn't designed to denigrate other races, religions, genders, etc. You seem to have a penchant for this, especially religion.

Now wait a second about this Jimmy The Greek example you used. The Greek(RIP) was on thin ice when he made those questionable statements to that black reporter in the DC area. He had one foot out the door already for punching the "franchise" Brent Musburger a while earlier. Try another example. The Greek's ethics and demeanor were less than stellar.

Ronbets, I'm not the least bit interested in denigrating anyone. I'm only interested in facts and truth, not myths.

For example, anyone who truly believes that white Jewish guys like me have the same innate basketball ability as Afro-Americans is in fogsville. Now, extend that same reasoning to other areas of life and ask yourself why Barry Bonds said that he knew he'd get a good contract because his agent is Jewish.

A lot of Jews would be offended by being stereotyped as inherently very neurotic people, but it's the truth. And it's not environmental; it's genetic, programmed into the DNA.

I believe in what is, not what should be. I call it as I see it, and I try to see it as it is. I'm not interested in the Pablum that mainstream society pushes via the school system and media.

Am I prejudiced? Yes, meaning that I have likes and dislike just everyone else. Am I racist? No, because I don't discriminate on the basis of skin color. Everyone should have equal rights and equal opportunity, and the most qualified person, regardless of race, should get the job.

reno - i hope we are on opposite sides of the fence, however, i am not that far to the left and not a big fan of political correctness. i think people are far too sensitive when it comes to topics for jokes.

my world is anything but mary poppins as, day in and day out, i represent people who have committed crimes you haven't dreamed about. i have learned thru my life experiences and my job that you take people for what they are and never pre-judge. when i have pre-judged, i have been wrong too many times.

I prefer the Asian womens myself, but I don't think it's anything intrinsic to them. It's just a happy accident of physical and cultural dimorphism that works for both parties. Let's be happy when people find each other, and not ascribe everything to race.
