The ball buster in my mind is the -120, -130 on college hoops, it's great if you like the dog I suppose but hell we might as well forget spreads and just use money lines as in baseball, then you don't have to worry about jacking up the money line and the take...
I may have no experience booking, nor been in the business of big action, but to me I would think the book would be in the business to get even action, sit back and rake in the juice and make a living off of it.
Perhaps with the age of information that has all changed and tilted the betting world on it's axis.
