I realize I have been slow in getting to the forums to fill everyone in on our latest website problems. I apologize for this, our office has been crazy dealing with the unbelievable amount of phone calls, E-mails, and Operator Chats, along with trying to diagnose and repair the problem.
The technicians have determined that it is a problem with our software, Esports. This software has been plagued with problems this season, and the sportsbooks are as frustrated as the customers. The problem is thought to be a password authentication issue caused by a routine reboot of our server. Esports has informed us their technicians will be arriving tomorrow to rebuild our web server. In the meantime there is nothing we can do but wait.
We are fully functional for phone service and can be reached at 877-600-9116 for customer service and 866-444-BETS for any wagering needs.
