I do not work for another book. The VC mess may work for you. It does not work for me. PL was nothing but class. No struggles as far as I know except E-Payments. I was used to things a certain way, now they've changed. Like I said earlier change is not always good. Eddie Hadeed will be missed. He paid automatically.

Well, I finally got my money.

Once I was able to get in contact with the right people (Gregg Rathbone; Danielle, the customer service manager), the situation with my late payment was resolved fairly quickly.

This is not to say that there are not problems at Premiere League which need to be addressed:

The website being down way too often.
Phones not being answered (though I've noticed a great improvement over the last couple days).
Lines not being up in the morning. Like many players, I have to bet the college basketball in the morning, before I go to work. If the lines aren't up by 7:30 Pacific, I can't bet 'em.

However, it is apparent that Gregg and his staff are serious about improving their service, and I hope they continue their efforts in that direction.
