Spoke with a representative from Neteller this evening concerning account management. He mentioned the drastic upgrading initiatives that Paypal set in place this week for their servers and other equipment.
These seem to be problems associated with all online services which grow at such fast rates. It happened with Schwab, both online and for their phone service, and it happened with AOL a while back, mainly concerning their lack of available phone lines to users.
Not complaining here. Actually, it's kind of comforting to know that the services one relies on are gaining so much support and popularity. Paypal seems to be going the way of Micrsoft in its little e-transcation niche.
Perhaps this is foreshadowing to future volume-related problems for Neteller? Knowing that these events often correlate with increased popularity, that wouldn't bother me at all.
