Readers… how powerful is this forum? My friend has been scammed out of money from an offshore sportsbook. Can anyone out there really help?

For the bettors… Will you unite and assist a fellow player who got scammed by a sportsbook? Will you respond to a fellow players plea?
It is a known fact that there are both good and bad offshore sportsbooks.
For that reason alone, I was hoping that this forum would attempt to educate people in a proper direction so that we can all can read and hopefully make rational decisions towards choosing a sportsbook that meets our specific needs.

In the past week, news has been revealed that there was a breech of security in the computer at Olympic Sportsbook.. Names, addresses and credit card information of sports bettors were stolen from their computer. This was done via the internet by hackers from a competitor sportsbook..
Upon further investigation it was revealed that a sportsbook by the name of WINNERSBOOK.COM was behind the thievery.
Upon further investigation it was revealed that a sportsbook by the name of CROWN-INTERTEL also known as KINGSBET owned WINNERSBOOK.COM and used this alias name as a front for a scam operation.
If you have been reading the forums for the last four months, you have probably heard the horror stories about CROWN-INTERTEL, KINGSBET payout procedures.
What I am about to tell you is completely documented for accuracy and verification.
I have a very close friend that CROWN-INTERTEL, KINGSBET owes $14,000.00. He won the money fair and square over a two month period placing wagers with them on a daily basis playing baseball and then college and pro football.
Each week since mid September, these unscrupulous operators would promise to send him his money and then come up with an excuse why it wasn’t delivered. In late September they sent him $1,000.00 just to stop him from going public and exposing their slow payout procedure. He really believed that eventually they were going to send him the rest of his money. They told him that they were having cash flow problems and that they were going to pay him. They told him they would pay him interest on his money because of the long wait before being paid.
They lied to him.
These type of people give the off-shore sports wagering industry a horrible reputation.
Guess what? They are still in business and they are still taking unknowing individuals money.
After the news broke last week about the Olympic sportsbook computer break-in, it was revealed today that CROWN-INTERTEL, KINGSBET was attempting to sell the list of sports bettors personal information to any competitor sportsbook buyer via the Internet.
Some people say that CROWN-INTERTEL, KINGSBET are located in Costa Rica, others say they moved to the Dominican Republic.
Who out there really knows? Who owns CROWN-INTERTEL, KINGSBET?
Their wagering telephone line where they take bets is 1-888-637-3780. Their marketing telephone number where they take unsuspecting individuals money is 1-877-864-8090.
The people that answer the telephone use fake names from Manny, Robert to Martin. They even had a girl answering telephones taking wagers. She was the same girl telemarketing asking unknowing people to deposit money for the now defunct WINNERSBOOK.COM.
But don’t attempt to access either the www.kingsbet.com or www.winnersbook.com. Both web sites have access denied. These sites have been shut down.
The name of the manager in charge is Mikael Evans. He claims this is his real name on his passport. His brother’s name is Jim.
They use an e-mail address of crownintertel@hotmail.com
The other e-mail address that they attempted to use to sell Olympic’s client list is dialbet@hotmail.com
Can someone out there assist my friend with information on getting the money that is owed to him?
