C) whether they allow mixed pro and college

Correct me guys if I'm wrong, but the BEST ODDS on 4 team teasers that I had experienced belongs to Top of the the World.

4 team, 13 point teaser (tie is a push) for 11/10.

Anyone who has better than that, please come forward. I would be much willing to know.
