We would like to start by apologizing profusely to all of our current and prospective customers. We should have posted before this; however, due to our technical difficulties were unable to do so.
One of our routers, a key component in organizing traffic to and from the Internet, has gone bad. We are currently awaiting personnel from Houston to arrive with the new hardware necessary to get our Internet back up and running. The problems began yesterday at approximately 3:30pm Central Time. We were completely down for several hours while we diagnosed the problem.
Our phone center is now up and fully operational. While our website is accessible, the online wagering portion will not be available until approximately Thursday while we reconfigure the router for optimal performance.
