Jay,
I wish you the best of luck and hope you have the support (financial and otherwise) of the entire offshore industry. You are the point man for freedom in this regard.
Strange how the US casinos are now looking to go on-line. Guess they are pissed because:
a.) They didn't think of it first;
b.) They aren't soaking the indistry with taxation.
As always - Good Luck,

Don’t know what more could have been done in terms of a due-diligence in setting up WSEX. If a jury had heard ALL the facts and evidence in this case, I can’t see how anyone in their right mind would find you guilty. The government’s only chance is to suppress and keep the scope narrow. If this was a “traditional” business instead of a sportsbook, the injustice would be magnified with much more public support. What some people don’t seem to understand is the dangerous precedent it sets if successful not just for offshore gambling but for all businesses and U.S. citizens. Land of the Free??
My favorite part…
“After the people at Group One expressed interest in exploring the idea, Cohen started doing research. A498. He found several companies already engaged in Internet gambling, including Sports International, which Cohen learned was publicly traded and had among its board of directors a former majority Whip in Congress.”
Best Wishes for a Speedy and Fair Decision,
-Tom--
