I was planning on posting-up with Top of the World Sports. So, I clicked on the Top of the World link at the top of this page, which took me to their web site. However, the customer sevice 800 number--800-285-5441--listed on their site is disconnected. Does anyone have their new customer service number?

i was going to transfer $$ from another account there last week so i tried to call their number tues/wed and got the operator recording

i gave up through the weekend and then tried again this tuesday and got the same recording so i am looking elsewhere

i also e-mailed them about it (last week) and they didn't reply

Don't have an account with top of world but I have confirmed that Olympic does transfers to and from this book. I'm sure they have to have their number. hope this helps!

I called Olympic and was given two numbers. The 800 number that you listed and the international # 5999 462 4255

I have not tried the international number due to budget cutbacks after the
tampa bay/detroit game. good luck!

Hopefully, Top of the World will respond to this post and clarify the situation. However, when a book's 800 # that is listed on both their web site and ad brochures is disconnected with no new number given on the phone recording, then concern about that book is natural.

Does anyone out there have any experience with this place? Any feedback positive or negative would be appreciated. Reno, you don't appear to be the sacraficial lamb time so I'm assuming you must know something.

TWS kinda changed their referral bonus policy. I was informed that there was a group of six people trying to take advantage of their 10% bonus fees. The biggest they could give right now is $100. Aside from that, I had nothing but positive experienced with them. From customer service all the way to payouts they are very solid. I would highly recommend them.

Shawnee, the fact that Bettorsworld has put them on their Cream of the Crop List and added them as an advertiser says a lot. Furthermore, people I've talked to says they are stand-up guys. Any book offering 5-cents juice like these guys shouldn't be expected to offer a bonus. 5-cents is a far better deal in the long run than any bonus.

I played with them for a spell as a test run, and the test ended when I went on a losing streak. Interface like dunes, but a little more clunky. Automatic internet lmits of 1 dime, so you can't play more than max by mistake. Phone service is good. Lines often favorite heavy (good for dogs). All in all, seemd like a very good out.

Referred a friend last week, and recieved 100 dollars instead of the 10% they advertise, and was told they hadn't posted it amywhere in writing but that's how it goes, since some group was apparently taking advantage of it. My only beef with that "well, we haven't put it in writing" comment is then they could be selective and give the bonus to some and not others, although I guess that's still their right.

I have used this book for a few months now and am happy to say I have had no major problems and when I did it was rectified to my satisfaction. Now on to the bad they have beaten me out of 5 figures so far. But at least it is only 1/2 juice LOL

The phone lines have had some minor problems and if you have to use the local number they will re-imburse you for the call.

Yes, olympic does transfer there(as does Dunes) and they also take neteller,western union, and moneygrams. And the $100 is news to me I referred someone there and they gave me the full 10% call and ask for Jerry or Bill and tell them you are from the forums and that should be enough for them to know you are not a scammer.
