The figures are from a little known publication written by Michael(Roxy)Roxborough and Mike Rhoden.
Race and Sports Book Management.

It was written in 1991, so I am assuming the stats will stand up to today, and was taken over a five year span(86-90).

So please correct me if I'm wrong( I'm sure there is someone out there ready to bury me)

Unfortunately the only reference made to lines/results is the -3.0 @ 8%.
So I can't elaborate on the figures that you have requested.
The best I can do is run thru the most popular numbers for which games finish -
Games that land on-
3 @ 14.1%(OK I over exaggerated slightly)
7 @ 7.3%
4 @ 6.8%
6 @ 6.6%
14 @ 5.3%
1 and 10 @ 5.2%
2, 11, 17, 20 are around 3.6%
This compilation is over 1153 games.

Maybe a big book with up to date software, or someone like LT profits could help us out with the stats that include point spreads. Highly unlikely for a book, as this would have to give the bettors a definite edge.
