    All,
First off I would like to say thanks again to all the bw posters for their input and opinions, Thank You.
Secondly, thanks to bw for this wonderful forum where I have read of many things being handled and now have experienced the power here at bw!
Finally, Post-Time, I find it much to hard to say thank you for handling something that should have been so routine in the first place. You state that my $5000 was processed within 5 hours of my request, sorry that is not true! As I stated earlier that request was made from your website on Monday morning then followed up with a call to make sure you had recieved it. That was when I was told you did not and my info was taken again and I was assured my payment would be AVAILABLE later that day! I should of been told then you needed my cc and id, i was not. Anyhow more importantly I want to know why this forum is needed! (don't get me wrong bw I love your sight). Why couldn't you have handled this during the two weeks I called and talked to almost everybody there at PT?? Why only after posting in a forum is the error of a wrong last letter in my name discovered. This is not my opinion of customer service! Why did I have to go through the headaches and wait and finally post for you to correct YOUE error! You state that cc refunds are out of your hands once you process the refund and it is then between my cc comp. and me??!! I CAN NOT have them research your error, should I have just asked them, Well do you have refund there that is close to my name??
In the end I was paid, like I should have been days before with my WU, and weeks before with my cc. Thanks for eventually doing what you are supposed to do. Lets see if I actually get the credit from my cc comp.

    Pamela

Sportshobby - To be honest I did not intend my post to be harsh sounding on them, I apologise to PT/WWTS if it came across that way. I try to make my posts exploratory, with the intention of opening up further avenues of discussion that I see bubbling up underneath the surface of a particular topic.

Of course they should be commended for coming in here and most of what I have heard about them has been Very good. And like you I am surprised that more books do not at least make an effort within these forums.

I am really just throwing ideas up in the air on alternative ways to handle situations in the hope that it helps the books as well as the players.

In the long term I want to see this industry regulated pure and simple. I think that the offshore industry is here to stay and that we are merely scratching the surface at present. Books like WWTS have to be at the forefront of any regulatory body, to be able to do this it is vital that they clean up their act. I do think that they are at least willing to listen to their customers and I am sure they will act accordingly.

Socceroo, that's true. It has to be like walking through a landmine for a sportsbook to answer a complaint here in a public forum, especially since most of the posters are either players or competitors.

But it is also an opportunity for books to show how they deal with a stressful situation. They can come out on top most of the time, if they'll try, gaining respect and trust from the players.
