is premiere league unable to return credit to cc. i requested a $1000 credit a month ago and was never given the credit. i faxed all info needed but was strung along so long that i chalked it up as a loss. they also double charged me costing me another $1000. this really sucks for a beginner trying to make a few honest dollars if someone can advise me on how to solve my problem i would appreciate it. i luv this posting forum just dont have alot of time to posts. keeep up the hard work and maybe we will all profit in 2001.

I believe all the sportsbooks are suffering from poor service by the credit card processing companies.
PL's customer service has always been tops in my opinion. Give them a call and explain the situation.

Sportshobby is right, the ability to recredit transactions with our processor has become a problem as of late. In fact we have been somewhat been stuck in the dark over this issue as well as that of the double billing. Please remember that both of those functions are beyond our control. We have since switched over to a new processor and all seems to be well with the new company so far. In any event, we do not expect this to be a harrowing experience for you nor will you lose any money. Rest assured PL WILL make it right.
