First time poster here...
I just wanted to say that I've been very impressed with the customer Service at Olympic today. They processed my payout within minutes (unlike Intertops), they were completely understanding and friendly when I called an hour later and said I had changed my mind about the amount of the payout (originally, I had emptied my account), and asked them to put part of that money back into my account. I was able to bet within minutes after I hung up the phone. Well done!
On the other hand, Intertops has been very disappointing. I wagered exclusively with Intertops for a few months, making 5-10 small bets a day (about $50 each). In September, I decided to switch sportsbooks (I wanted the props bets at Olympic which Intertops doesn't have) and asked for a payout. My money didn't arrive for over a week, and just as I was getting nervous about it, I get this email saying that I had made an illegal bet by betting on a bad line, and that they were erasing that bet,and subtracting $50 from my account. The email also used threatening language, accusing me of knowingly trying to cheat Intertops, and threatened to close my account and withhold my winnings if I did it again. It didn't specify WHICH bet this was, and I know that I have NEVER tried to cheat a sportsbook by betting on a bad line, and that I would NEVER do it on purpose. I might have bet a line that looked good (for example, betting the Yankees at -120 when it is at -130 in other places), but that much discrepancy is to be expected, and I certainly wouldn't bet it if I thought it was the wrong line (e.g. Yankees as an undedog when they are the favorite everywhere else). I didn't pursue the matter because I had already requested a payout, and didn't care enough about the $50 bucks to argue with a sportsbook that I wasn't gonna use again. But, I was certainly not impressed by the way they treated me when I knew that I had done nothing wrong, and didn't even know which bet they were talking about. My payout arrived about 2 weeks after that.
