    Swords1. For what it's worth, Socceroo has been a member of bettorsworld longer than yourself and has as many posts as you.

    So before you start flaming other members get your facts straight.

    Posting a beef about a sportsbook is fair game (provided it isn't slanderous), but attacking other posters is another story and won't be tolerated on this site.

      I did a search and only two posts poped up. The first one was the message he posted on mine and the next day he posted another. So I thought he was new. After reading your comment I did another search and more poped up. I don't no what I did different to get all his posts. I'm sorry for the mistake.

        One more thing. I just did the search four more times and the same two post poped up. I'm just wondering if there might be a problem with your search engine.

            Sword1 - My apologies if my post offended in any way, it was not a personal attack. I was just trying to explore some of the points that were raised using my experience of working in a customer service based environment. Troublesome customers are not dealt with as favourably as polite ones, I guess that this is just human nature. I was not saying that you personally were troublesome because obviously I do not know you.

            There is a relationship between customer attitude and operator response, believe me. Logically speaking it is precisely because Intertops are an online book that they are MORE likely to get the hump with obnoxious customers. Because they will not get a high volume of calls, percentage wise the ones that they will get are likely to be from people that are disgruntled. I mean lets face it how many times do we call up after successfully placing a bet and say thanks I enjoyed the experience, try never. (me included. Books that deal with a lot of calls get a mixed bag of good and bad, the majority of calls are extremely pleasant.

            Just some final points. I do not feel that I have to justify myself to you but I do not want people to get the wrong idea about me. For the record I am not nor have I ever been Intertops. I do not want their customers having a pop at me every time Intertops do something wrong -which I am sure will be very often- just because you SAY that I am Intertops. I was not moved or in any way even annoyed by your complaint, I was merely responding to some points that I felt it raised, which is what I thought this section was all about. I stand corrected!

            If you want to know how many posts somebody has done try clicking on the icon next to the posters user name. The one that looks like a face next to a (?) mark it will even allow you to read all their previous posts, not that it really matters to the point that one is trying to make.
