I decided to take advantage of GoTo's Thursday/Friday deposit promotion and re-post into my account. In their emails and on their website they write that the Thursday/Friday promotion is the following:
Thursday $ Friday desposite SPECIAL:

WESTERN UNION deposits receive a 5% 3 Team Bonus Parlay and a 5% CASH BONUS.
($400 MAX bonus for this offer including fees, cash, parlay)

They offer many other bonuses including a Football Re-up Bonus that gives you 10% MATCH PLAY for West. Union $2500 deposit.
In the Thursday/Friday promotion it states that this offer may be combined with all current bonuses. I called to ask what that was and the guy said that if I deposited with Western Union, I would also get the 5% always available cash bonus.
Here's what I should have gotten:
I deposited $2500 with Western Union on last Friday.
-$125 3 team parlay
-$125 CASH bonus
-$125 Western Union fees
THe three above equal $375 ($400 max) then
-$125 CASH bonus
Here's what they gave me even after several emails stating what was wrong.
-$100 3 team parlay
They said this was for the Thursday/Friday promotion. THey said $100 was the most they could give. It never said that anywhere and no one ever told me.
-$250 MATCH-PLAY bonus. They said that was for the Football Re-up bonus.
THey gave me part of the Thursday/Friday promtotion and then they gave me the Football Re-up bonus. Basically they crossed promotions and gave me the deal that was best for them.
I'm writing this not because I only go for bonuses, but if they offer it to me sometimes I'll take them up on their offer. The way they are handling this situation makes me beleive they are not the great company everybody thinks they are. I'm certainly suspicious.
