A friend of mine, who's new to the world of online gaming, mentioned this book as the first one with whom he'd like to post. Does anyone use or have any info on this operation? I would appreciate any sort of feedback.

They (apparently) boot consistent winners (shame on them!).
Split line NHL sides, 30c totals.
If what bill777 says is true thats a BIG minus

Thanks for the feedback, guys.
Bill777, there's no reason for you to make that up, so I do believe you. Even with the good things Bruce1972 and Fred say, I could never post with a book that won't honor their promotions. If you offer a free account, you're gonna have to expect that some will grow it and withdraw. Grandcentral, for example, offers a $25 free account, w/ stipulations that you must wager $125, and can withdraw a maximum of $250 off the $25. These are reasonable standards, and ones which I am confident Grandcentral honors. That is what separates them from those who accrue controversy through their practices.
While I respect what the others say, I'm gonna tell my friend, and would tell others, that I don't think there's a point in posting with them, when you have so many great options like Dunes, Premiere League, WSEX, etc...
Plus, 30-cent lines on totals is a problem, and I'm not crazy about split lines.
Later...

Just for the record, as I don't like to see any book slandered unfairly, I don't believe Grand Prix ever offered a free $20 play. That was Big Book. Grand Prix offers a 20% bonus from what I remember. And though I also got that $20 bonus from Big Book, I did get paid there, though slower than from Grand Prix. I really love this book and the interface is the best I have played with, and I have 5 outs. They also have different lines a lot from the mainstream. I remember getting the Rams on the moneyline at -180 there while everyone else was at -210 and up. Regards
