Looking for safe,but not quick as a flash

With Basketball approaching rapidly, I am looking for a book that is safe, but also one that you can buy points on totals and games right on the net. I know there are a few out there like Aces, Olympic, Grand Central,etc...But I was hoping that one would be just a tad slower in changing the lines. I don't play big, but it's just so frustrating not to be able to ever get the right price before the line changes. I realize that the books I mentioned are very quick. But is any one just a bit slower than the rest, or does anyone know of a good book out there that meets this criteria?

How would MVP Sportsbook fare in the changing of lines. Are they as fast as Olympic and Aces, or do they give you a fighting chance to get the right line before it changes?
