I don't get it! Why is Goto's computers down on a Thursday nite

I called Goto to place a bet at 10pm Thursday nite and their computers are down. The ticket taker told me to call back in 10 minutes. It seems like their computers are always giving them problems.

What's up with this?

They also seem to have disappeared from the IslandXpress screen; although their lines never seemed to be updating regularly anyway.
