  • beteurosport - some ?

I was just browsing this site, and had some questions that players or sportsbook reps might be able to answer.

    (1) The house rules say that copies of photo ID and such have to be sent for any credit card deposit. Yet it appears that one can actually go through the process without it. Is it really required for ANY transaction?

I understand the reason for it, but it's a real turn-off for someone thinking about signing up. Most shops either don't have this requirement, or place a limit on transactions that occur without it.

    (2) The website has a section that says "For our policies regarding "Wise Guy" or "syndicate" action, please click here." But there's nothing to click. I am a Dumb Guy, but I've come to know how important it is to read all the fine print.

    (3) How long have these guys been in business offshore, and how did they come to join "The List" so quickly?

    Thanks in advance.

      Dear Sportshobby,
I know the whole thing with credit cards is a hassle, but we are required to have those documents in case of a charge back. We back ourselves not only with the form and the photocopies, but also with recordings and limits. It's true you can go through the process without them, but sooner or later the customer will have to send us those documents.
We always recommend depositing money through Western Union and if they insist on using their CC's they can do also do it through Western Union's toll free phone number.

To answer your second question. The "Wiseguy Policy" was intended for future growth. Our current limits are not particulary attractive for "Wiseguy Action". Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we have made the proper changes to the website.

This is our third year in business. Before we serviced only recommended players from Europe, but since the new management took over we have undertaken an aggressive marketing campaign and focused on servicing the American audience as well. We have made it to "The List" and are approved by Bettorworld because we have met and exceeded their "standards" like fast and efficient payouts, excellent customer service, immediate solving of claims, etc.

In fact, check out some of the comments people have made about us on Bettorsworld:

Jeff B - thanks for the info. You might want to look into NETeller as an added method of deposit and payout.

Also, another question: Is there a way to get the odds shown American style? I'm looking at baseball moneylines, and it reads "LAD 155". I have to go to my WillHill chart to convert to "LAD-180".

          Sportshobby,
We have a feature on our Sports System where you can choose if you wish to view the lines American or European style. This innovative option was developed especially for BetEurosport because of our wide range of international customers. Once you sign up you can contact us and we can customize your profile to whatever options you prefer. If you are not a customer you can view all of our lines, including moneylines, loging in as: account=guest, password=guest.

By the way, thank you for your suggestions, we will check out the Payment Service you mentioned.

          Thank You
