Brick I did search for Casablanca b4 posting and came up with 40+ hits and did not have the energy to go through each one. You can call it ignorance (or as you put it "to ignorant") and I'll call it time management.

While we are on the topic of ignorance you should write "too ignorant" not "to ignorant " if you want to use proper grammar.

I tried Casablance last year but left becasue their site was incredibly slow - however, I understand that improvements have solved this problem.

As for the 20% bonus restrictions - I wish all books had the 5X action restriction. First, I do not like hit-and-run bonus bandits. Second, any book with this policy is far less likely to have payment problems.

In conclusion, I plan on reposting with Casablanca in the shortly.

I just received a NETeller payout from Casablanca - requested it in the afternoon, everything went through an hour or so later. No call was even necessary, and it wasn't during their 9-11 a.m. normal period for payout requests. Good job, CB!

Juggler thank you for correcting my grammar. I forgot that most people don't have a lot of time on their hands like I do. I do know that Dave is very busy and doesn't have a lot of free time to check the posting forums regarding his book.

I have a question for anyone who has an account with Casablanca...

Is there a cap to the amount of bonus you can earn on an initial deposit? I know they say 20% of initial, but what if you post-up with 20 or more dimes?

And also, how is this point program of theirs?

                Thanks!

Ron, still enjoy doing business with my local man, but this particular store was everything you told me and more. Thanks for your insight. Misty

I'm having a real hard time with Casablanca too. I knew that I was only going to gamble over the weekend so I asked for the 20% free play option, but they gave me the 20% cash anyways.

I cashed out on Monday after 11 a.m and it stayed pending until the next day I got an email saying there was a problem with my cash out because I had not rolled over the deposit 5x and stayed 30 days. "No exceptions!" So, I sent an email out after receiving that one saying I understood the bonus policy and that I would take the 20% free play which he didn't even mention. Now, I haven't gotten an email in two days and yesterday they officially declined the NETeller withdrawl and haven't given me a reason by email yet.

There seems to be a lot of confusion there and poor customer support. Also, I think if they say they accept NETeller for deposits and withdrawls they should really know how to do it.

I hope I can get my money out sometime soon.

What a mess. In trying to give the customers more flexibility and options, confusions reigns instead.

In this case it seems fair to give the player an option of receiving his balance minus 10% of the initial deposit (half of the bonus). This would be a concession of terms (but not of monetary value) by the book, allowing for the possibility that the bonus conditions were not sufficiently explained.

In fact, the whole thing could be simplified by making the bonus automatically a match play, with the amount of the play not available for withdrawal until the 30 day / 5x requirement is met.

                          Scott

You posted your last message at 5:40 this afternoon. I understand you are not happy with the situation but please do not twist the facts and use a public forum as leverage to try to get your own way.

                          Facts:
You opened a CASINO ONLY account on October 7th for $3000. At that time you were explained that the 20% FREE PLAY was for sportsbook accounts only. You told my marketing manager Dan that you did not play in the sportsbook so he said that if you wanted we would deposit your funds in the casino with a 20% bonus. In order to keep this bonus you would have to play 5x's the amount of your deposit and leave it there for thirty days. Clear and Simple.

After playing for 4 days and putting a total of $5500 in action you sent an e-mail to Neteller requesting that all of your money be sent back. Neteller contacted us and we naturally declined the request and immediately contacted you by e-mail. After recieving no response back on Monday we then made numerous attempts to call your home. We only take this initiative when there is a matter regarding serious attention because personally I feel it is a bit intrusive.

We recieved no answer to the e-mails or phone calls until you sent another e-mail Tuesday afternoon which we responded to again explaining the policy. Then today after you made your post at 5:40 in this forum you sent the following e-mail to Dan (marketing manager) 7 minutes later:

                          ubject:

                          "Scott Tucker"
                          To:
                          support@betcbs.com

                          Dan Richards,

Thank you for responding to my email. I'm not at home very often that's why
no one picked up the phone. I think things have been adequately explained.
The reason I sounded upset was because I didn't think anyone was going to
explain anything to me. Most support is done through email. Phone is good
                          too.

I think I would like to cashout my deposit plus winnings ($3412) with
                          NETeller by tomorrow and either:

Just play the 20% free play this weekend. I'm new to sports betting but I
                          think I can manage. unless:

The match-play program will be up soon, maybe a week or two?

                          Thank you,
                          Scott Tucker

Personally, I am confused why you would come into the forum and vent your frustration at 5:40 saying that you:
"never got any reason by e-mail why your payout was declined"
"There seems to be alot of confusion and poor customer support"
"Casablanca should really know how to use Neteller"
"I hope I get my money sometime soon"

I hope that these forums do not become a place where customers can frequent only to bash books who have established rules in place when they do not get what they want.

I am always the first to give my employees a hard time when they do not take care of a customer. However, I was informed of the situation when it began and saw the steps that were taken to try to contact you immediately.

You deposited $3000 and you won $412. Why would I give someone a FREE $600 Bonus just for depositing $3000?

All this aside Dan even suggested in one e-mail that we would be happy to give you the Free Play in the sportsbook as long as you continued to be active in the Casino.

We will not give you the $600 for free just because you came here and complained. If you would like to play in the Sportsbook this weekend I can give you the FREE PLAY there or I will be happy to send you back your $3000 + winnings tomorrow. And don't worry you will get your money the same day.

                          Sincerely

                          Dave Johnson

Before my reputation in this forum gets any worse I must point one thing out.

I did post my message at 5:40 as anyone can see by looking at the above post. The email I sent out and the one Casablanca put in their post was at 5:47 as Casablanca mentioned.

In reality, the post was recorded in EASTERN TIME, Bettorsworld is on Eastern Time, and my emails, I live in Indiana, are recorded in CENTRAL TIME. So, the time difference between my post and that email is NOT 7 minutes, but 1 hour and 7 minutes.

When I made the post it was at 4:40 MY TIME. THe email was sent out at 5:47 MY TIME.

I received an email from Casablanca at 5:10 MY TIME (it's recorded at 6:10 Eastern, Casablanca is on Eastern Time). I was glad they finally responded to me, gave me a couple of options and explained that they tried to call me so I emailed them back a half hour later with the email they posted in their message.

I hope I have explained everything clearly and I have put a copy of the email here. I don't know if Casablanca realized that two different time zones were recorded. I would like them to respond saying that they made a mistake.

Can someone please verify these times on the posts and emails, the time zones at each establishment and post the results.

                                Intheknow,
                                Take a look. I'm not a "nit"

                                Mr. Tucker

Allow me to explain the purpose of the email. I sent it to let you know of our
policies, which are quite clear in plain english. The bonus that I credited into
your account I placed it on the sports book account because we are not promoting
20% match play for the casino only cash bonus for the casino.
now the reason is because as I had mention before to you, The casino system is
in the stage of Testing and the system til this point does not offer match play.

The player pt bonus had been placed in the sports book account but as you said
before you did not want to play on the sportsbook just the casino.

Now regarding the letter that Dave Johnson wrote, it relates to the Sportsbook
account in which you can either have the 20% bonus in cash or the 20% bonus as
                                player pts.

We will be offering match play chips in the casino as bonuses as soon as the
                                program is done.

My sincere apologies if you misunderstood the information. That is why I sent
you the email, to let you know the situation and see what you would rather have.

Another option I can give you is that we can give you the 20% chip bonus as soon
as it is ready but I would have to take out the $600 cash that I gave you.

Mr. Tucker also I called you a numerous times to phone number you gave us and no
one responds. Please if you could be so kind to give me a call and I am sure we
can come to some understanding in which you would feel satisfied with our
                                company.

As a note of reference: Player pts bonus only applies to the sportsbook, for now
if you would like to receive a bonus on the casino remember that you would have
to meet both of the rules that apply with the cash bonus.

                                Sincerely

                                Dan Richards
