The heat and the brightness of the sun is so bright that satellite signals cannot penetrate through. Tommorow at 4:10 PM EST until 4:20 PM EST, Internet and telephone service will be interupted. Please make your wagers prior to 4:00 PM EST for the 4:05 and 4:15 PM EST NFL GAMES.

Carib has sun outage times posted on their site...they say Sunday's outage is from 1:46-1:51 pm ET. Are there different times for different regions?
