Found this on another site. This isn't the first report like this.
I was playing blackjack at A b e t z.com and got extremely lucky, I won about $18,000 with $80-$100 wagers over several weeks.
I wrote and asked to cash out $9200 in late August. The withdrawal was delayed and it was eventually explained to me that because of the size of the withdrawal my play had to be audited and someone had to verify the payout on every hand of blackjack I played (which was a lot).
So weeks go by and I succesfully withdraw the other money owed to me in <$5000 chunks, but I still haven't been payed the original $9200.
The final straw was when one week ago I was told that the money was going to be mailed out in pieces, with the first $5000 being Fedex-ed out Monday (25th). I call on Monday and it hasn't been sent, but David the owner of the casino tells me he is sending a request to the bank as I talk to him and I should have a tracking number for the check by Wednesday. Wednesday goes by and they tell me they don't get the tracking number until Thursday afternoon. Now today they are telling me to wait until Monday for a tracking number.
This casino has been giving me dates that it hasn't met for a month, even telling me the the "check is in the mail" when it was NOT! David has explained that he's been having serious banking problems and has had to change banks, etc, which I can imagine must be distressing, but it's very frustrating to be led along and feel lied to every time they don't do what they say they will do.
Any advice on how to deal with this? I have never won this much at an internet casino before, so I have no idea if this is normal for profits of that magnitude.
