Dana Corbo should be ashamed of himself. There is no way in the world every casino out there can move the number on a certain game at the exact same time. When a game goes in black at 15 offshore sports books simultaneously there has to be some sort of collusion. These numbers are suppose to be electronic. What a complete joke. Is there anyone out there a player can trust?

RonBets,
I have read many of your posts and greatly respect your views. However, it is 100% impossible for 15 places at the exact same split second to go from 3' to 4' on the same game. Don't you think at least 1 place would go to 4 before 4'? They are holding numbers and betting games themselves. DB offers the best product out there. I admit that. All I ask is that when a number moves, go ahead and move it. Don't wait and move them all at once.

The only collusion is that between the originators and their runners/movers.
Do you realize the magnitude of some of these groups?
The play goes out to first level movers, who have their OWN crews, that they give the play to, and so on and so on.
It becomes a mad frenzy of players all trying for the same numbers.
If there was any wrong doing or collusion on the part of Don Best, word would get out in no time.
It's that old saying, 3 can keep a secret, if two are dead.
Point being, someone would know, maybe an originator, a mover whatever, and eventually, word would get out.
The only possibility of holding back on the changes, would be the books themselves holding back, not Don Best Inc.
Too much at risk.

Last week urgent message, Barry Bonds will not play......line drops 8 cents....Bonds starts.
I understand garbage in is garbage out and normally they do a good job, however they are human and I could not fault them if they used information to their advantage. We do not live in a perfect world.

Dear Mr. Offshore Snoop,
Excuse me, have you ever been in a sportsbook in your life?
It’s true that the lines are electronically transmitted to Don Best’s server, but I can’t imagine Mr. Corbo moving the lines for ALL the sportsbook that posts their lines on the Don Best screen.
In old fashion bookmaking there was a “boardman” that would change the lines on a big blackboard by hand. In the new technological era and with the openings of offshore sportsbooks, the “boardman” (Head Clerk or Charter) is now someone sitting in front of his computer moving the lines and broadcasting them to the clerk’s computers. If this SB is on the DB’s screen, it’s line will also be reflected on the DB’s screen.
When a line changes all over the screen, it’s the same marketing behavior as in Wall Street. (Do you think that Firestone actions should have the same value after the scandal?!?!?)
This behavior is due to 3 reasons:
1- The announcement of a last minute change in a team’s line up or an injury. Example: Villanova’s quarterback suffered an injury. What do you suppose the SB should do, leave the line as it is, or change it? I don’t think that a serious sportsbook will leave the line as it is and take a big hit!
2- It is no secret that in the industry there are very respected professional players out there like Poker Players, the Computer Group and the Kosher Boys. Every time they call 3 or 4 SB to place their bets, you will see a big black line all the screen.
3- These same players as well as Mr. Billy Walters, sometimes place minimum bets at SB to change the line for their own benefit. Let’s not forget that in this industry a Steam Player is an artist that’s why we have Steam Players and their followers.
This remark you posted up reminds me of a publication I read in my country’s newspaper (Costa Rica) about a man complaining that the Red Cross’s ambulances had the word “Ambulance” written backwards. Duh!!!
If you’re not a “wise guy” or a Steam Player, it’s a big coincidence that you are betting the same lines as these players, otherwise, you are a “wise guy”.

Jeff, There is no way in the world that the numbers can change at the exact same time.
Lets say 20 people call in a play for the pokers at 12:50 to 20 different stores.
1. Are all of them going to get through and place the bet at the same time?
2. When they do call in or bet on-line those wagers have to be approved. Are they going to be approved at the exact same time?
3. When these bets are taken at 20 different places and they decide to move the line, will they all do the exact same thing?
example- go from 3' to 4' without one single 4?
4. Then at the exact same time all the books go on Don Best and transmit the line move so that the Don Best premium service shows them all moving simultaneously.Pleeeeeaaaase!!!!
Those guys are either betting games themselves or sharing the info with a few privledge characters.

Jeff your right about most of what you said.
As everyone know that their people who bet for other with runner or so called beards. Also we have legit big players who are watching the screens with their plays in front of them and if they see a game getting away they jump as fast as they can . In the same respect if they have a play on the other side they may spend 5-10 dime to give the move some boost so they can wait and get a better #. BM also watch the screen and what big player can do is wait and then ask for the game that moved and the BM will give the player the screen #. Which adds creditability that it was the right decision to move even with no action. Then you very slowly go out and play the right side. It is a numbers game and the BM are not sure of their #s and the players have confidence in their work. Not everybody agrees but if you have the money to move the market to your benefit it is only wise(guy) to do it.

I don't believe in the scam theory, but there is something funny about all the lines moving exactly simultaneously. Even if all the players called at the exact same time, each sportsbook would vary in how long it took to record the play, move the line, etc. A move that occurred across the screen in, say, 5-10 seconds would be more likely.
