I requested a payout from one of your client books on August 21st. As of today, Sept. 8th, I am still waiting to see my money.
This is the slowest pay situation I've ever had with a book on the BW list, and the problem has been attributed to EPayment Solutions. I can't exactly say that I'm pleased with your service, but thanks for asking.

Bette I'm sorry to hear this, I can look into this matter immediately, we promptly settle with our clients on a weekly basis. However it is these clients whom must take the responsibilty of paying out thier end user.
