Finally, an opportunity to give a well-deserved plug to a sportsbook. First, their server was among the best this past weekend. Second, Eddie went out of his way (and it cost him money) to provide me with a payout this morning. I experienced back-to-back withdrawl problems with another sportsbook, and needed money fast. I won't say exactly why/how Eddie did me a favor, but he is sending me money when he didn't have to do this, and I will never forget this.

Its tough to gain customer loyalty, especially when players can alsways get better juice deals elsewhere, but trust and service make it too hard too leave premiere. Actually, their lines are great, just "regular" juice to get them. Can't have it all, I guess....

p.s. dunes is now in my top 3 along with wsex, largely because of their customer service (samantha).

In my experience, Eddie is top notch. I really got offended with what happened to him a while back at the other site.

In all my dealings with premiereleague, I have been treated with class and they have never done me wrong.

A top notch book to say the least, their mediocre software is easily reinforced by their good bandwidth and connectivity.

All in all a good book.

The sportsbook you are having withdrawal problems with, is it a discount juice shop? There are plenty of horror stories in the archives of this forum regarding books with discount juice and big bonus programs. Beware.

Regarding Premiere, Eddie is a straight shooter, although he apparently is having some problems with his cc processing company. I'm still waiting for a payout I requested three weeks ago. Because it is taking so long, Eddie offered to WU the money last week at his expense, but I opted to have him put the money back temporarily into my account, which he accomodated. Even though the payout situation remains unresolved as of today, I'm willing to let a slow process run its course knowing that Eddie will find a way to make things right should the process fail.

This example goes to show that good management can help fix a problem, even when the process is out of their control. For this reason, Premiere remains near the top of my list for solid, safe, and reputable shops.

Phaedrus, I am happy to hear that you have had all good experiences with PL....... I wouldn't have it otherwise! About the other stuff....... Somehow I don't remember what you're talking about . Honestly I have long since moved on and grudges are not my style.

Bette Midler, if you haven't by now, please check your email....... all correspondence between PL and our processor have been documented for your benefit assuring you we did everything in our power to resolve your situation. We have been assured that your situation was finally resolved. As promised we would have opted for alternative methods upon your say so.

So what else is up?? The boards seem a bit quiet recently.......... Seems like Reno's gone old I mean cold!!!!!!!! Maybe it's time for another review!

Eddie, truth be told, I've been spending a lot of time at an Internet site totally unrelated to sportsbetting, or sex.

But, I've got to give you your just props. You are a true BM with an opinion. I really missed out by not playing with you earlier this season. And my advice to bettors looking for a book with outstanding customer service and non-clone lines is this: Premiere League is a great choice.
