Horse racing match-ups

a couple of years ago I was in Vegas and a couple of spots (mirage, ballys, imperial palace) had match races for the ponies...

anybody know of a offshore that does this?

I believe the matchups you are referring to were created for the sole purpose of the house LOSING on the matchups. They were there to reward their horse racing clientele. I do not believe you will find these offshore.
