they are Czechoslavakian. they have unbelievable baseball lines.

i cannot get them to return my emails. grrr! makes me doubt their service. only have long distance phone numbers.

Minimum trebles in almost all cases, and a 5% tax to boot. And they don't bet online.

I used to bet with them when I lived in Prague but only over the counter, so I can't say much about their phone service. But I do know it's minimum trebles for everything and the odds they give over the phone are worse than they offer to Czechs, and that's saying something. (e.g. if a game is a pick in the NBA each side is -140 PLUS the 5%, PLUS you lose if the game goes into OT)

I too have e-mailed them and never heard a word. I wouldn't touch them, but that may be a bias I have from dealing with Czech companies in general.
