azbob - can't disagree w/either of the above posts. i am w/both and like both. (sbusa tends to have some different line while gameday has the no juice)
my personal fav is 5 dimes but they don't meet your requirement(on the list above). i think i am closing down my accts w/goto and ibet(too similar too 5 dimes w/o the advantages) and i am looking at olympic or aces but i will not act quickly enough for your quid, pro, quo.

I would highly recommend Olympic. I have been with them for over a year. Never a problem getting paid. They by far and away have the most lines of any other book maker out there. If you have a problem, Spiro is incredible with his personal customer service. The only downside is that the max that you can deposit via credit card a month is $3,000 but my bank does not issue any charges for the transactions with Olympic (citibank). Azbob, I must second Kapper's thoughts. Olympic is the best book I have ever dealt with. They have an excellent range of wagering options, they had the 1st week of NFL lines up weeks before most, their software is easy to use, and you get 10% bonus on your sign up. They don't have any juice deals, but you got Aces for that. Good luck with your choice and this upcoming season.

I've have been doing business with GRAND CENTRAL for the about six months and have absolutely no complaints. If you want a sportsbook that you can TRUST, do yourself the favor and talk with them.
