Hi Everyone,
We received a briefing schedule from the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals. Our briefs are due by October 12th, the government then has 30 days to respond, we would then have 14 days to file a reply to the government if we so choose. I am told the earliest the oral argument could be heard (if it is granted) is the last week of December but I have no firm date.
